An ice vessel for a refrigerator is provided to quickly cool a beverage by promptly melting ice and to less dilute the beverage by cooling the beverage with ice of small quantity. An ice vessel for a refrigerator has a plurality of ice containing parts(2) depressed toward a bottom of a body(1). Each ice containing part is depressed in a hexahedral or hemispherical shape in a tapered shape that an upper part is wider than a lower part. A protruded part(3) is formed at the ice containing part, protruded from the center of the bottom and extended in certain length above an upper side of the body. The protruded part has a tapered shape that a lower part is wider than an upper part.
