<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively grasp a measurement portion in the relation with a tissue without impairing the depth feeling, when displaying graphic data along with three-dimensional ultrasonic data. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional ultrasonic data 10 are imported by the transmitted/received ultrasonic wave while the three-dimensional graphic data 16 are generated. In prior to rendering of the three-dimensional ultrasonic data 10, the three-dimensional ultrasonic data 10 and the three-dimensional graphic data 16 are spatially synthesized and the rendering is performed on the three-dimensional synthesized data obtained as the result (see sign 28). The three-dimensional image 30 is thus formed.
