<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical element, containing lithium phosphate compound as a solid electrolyte and having high charging-discharging characteristics, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the electrochemical element, containing a first electrode, a second electrode, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, comprises (i) a process of forming a precursor containing amorphous lithium phosphate compound, obtained by replacing part or whole of oxygen with at least one kind of element selected from nitrogen and tungsten on the first electrode; (ii) a process of forming the solid electrolyte layer containing crystal particles of the lithium phosphate compound by crystallizing at least one part of the precursor layer; and (iii) a process of arranging the second electrode so as to interpose the solid electrolyte layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
