<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively decide a specification to be improved, a specification value after improvement and the like based on a questionnaire survey result of a customer using a commodity. <P>SOLUTION: This commodity development support system, which selects a specification of the commodity to be improved according to a customer satisfaction degree, is provided with a customer satisfaction distribution storage part storing a customer satisfaction degree distribution about each of a plurality of commodity specifications, a contribution ratio storage part storing a contribution ratio of each of a plurality of specifications to the customer satisfaction degree for the product, an additional cost storage part storing an additional cost required when the specification value is increased by a unit quantity in each of a plurality of specifications, and an improved specification selection part selecting a specification optimizing an improvement ratio of the customer satisfaction degree per an additional cost on the basis of the customer satisfaction degree distribution, the contribution ratio, and the additional cost of each of a plurality of specifications. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
