<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic direct mail constituted as an electronic postcard which is provided with a non-contact IC tag, wherein electronic data can be written and which is delivered with the name, address, and others of an addressee printed thereon and can be reused, with the section of the addressee erased, after it is collected, and a usage thereof. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic direct mail 1 has the non-contact IC tag 3 held between two sheets 2a and 2b of white synthetic paper of a postcard size, and the two sheets of the white synthetic paper are so stuck as to constitute the electronic postcard. The name and address of the addressee are printed on the surface 1 of the electronic postcard 10 with ink erasable with a specific solvent, while the contents regarding unchangeable matters unerasable with the specific solvent are printed in the other area of the surface 1 of the postcard. The electronic postcard 10 may also have a form wherein the non-contact IC tag is stuck on the surface 1 of the synthetic paper and wherein a transparent film whereon the contents regarding the unchangeable matters are printed is stuck thereon.
