<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light, compact and low-cost hot water storage type water heater by constituting so as to have a plurality of functions with one circulation circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This hot water storage type water heater comprises a hot water storage tank 1 feeding hot water from the upper part, a heating means 2 for supplying hot water to the hot water storage tank 1, a circulation circuit 5 taking out hot water from the upper part of the hot water storage tank 1 and circulating the hot water to the lower part, and a circulation pump 6 provided to the circulation circuit 5. A plurality of heat exchangers such as a bath heat exchanger 8, a heating heat exchanger 8 are serially arranged on the circulation circuit 5.
