PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery terminal in which a + terminal can secure a stable contact with a + electrode of a dry battery even in the case of receiving outer disturbances such as vibrations, and a - terminal will not be unnecessarily deformed at a time of loading of the dry battery, or will not be worn out even after repeated uses. SOLUTION: The battery terminal is mounted on both sides of battery housing part of the battery holder 4, wherein the + terminal 11 and the - terminal 12 are formed on a substrate separated at a prescribed spacing. In the terminal, the + terminal protrudes onto a surface side of the + terminal 11 to form a convex part 12a of a truncated cone state and a contact part 12c is formed by pressing the convex part from the surface side to the rear side with which the circumferential part of an anode of the dry battery is contacted, while the - terminal 12 is bent from the substrate toward the surface side to form a strip-shaped protruded piece 13a, and on its half way forms a contact part 13b which is contacted with a cathode of the dry battery, and furthermore forms a slit 13d from the contact part against a free edge.
