PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a job in accordance with an input method and significance and to distribute documents inputted to a distribution server by giving appropriate priority. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a device 1 or 2 distributing the document to the distribution server 3, a job managing device 4 determining priority from the document distributed to the distribution server 3 and managing the job and the distribution server 3 distributing the job which the job managing device 4 manages in priority. The system is also provided with a job important point calculating device 5 extracting an important word from the document distributed to the distribution server 3 and weighting the job and a significance confirmation device 6 detecting a significance check sheet from the document distributed to the distribution server 3 and reading significance.
