PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet insertion body by which tablets for memorial service such as the one are formed by contracting a long wooden tablet expressing a posthumous Buddhist name, sutras and Sanscrit characters, etc. in place of the conventional long wooden tablet and a "kiriko", a wooden tablet in place of them or a tablet in place of the "kiriko" expressing Buddhist name or a subject, names of grave visitors at the time of grave visit in the Buddhist festival are not blown off by strong wind even when the tablets for memorial service are stood and arranged in the tablet insertion body of a tablet stand for memorial service. SOLUTION: The tablet insertion body 1 is installed beside a grave, in which the tablets 10 for memorial service are stood and arranged, is used by installing the tablet stand 2 for memorial service and is freely oscillatably provided between an approximate U-shaped frame body 6 having side walls 5 on both ends of a bottom plate 4 which is long in left and right directions and the side walls 5 of the frame body 6 and is provided with supports 7 which support the tablets 10 for memorial service. The supports 7 have rotational axes 8 horizontally and rotatably installed between the side walls 5 and a pressing part 9 fixed in parallel with the rotational axes 8 at intervals which the tablets 10 for memorial service can be inserted into the rotational axes 8.
