PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a civil engineering anchor fastening technology, capable of reducing a constituent member, and superior in easiness-to-use, by integrating a fastening part to a civil engineering anchor and a cap for covering its anchor head part. SOLUTION: A lower side spherical surface part 9b is arranged on the bearing plate 7 side for transmitting tensile force acting on the civil engineering anchor such as a lock bolt to a bearing plate 7. An upper side spherical surface part 10b1 fittable to the lower side spherical surface part 9b is provided in a lower part. A female screw 10b2 threadedly engageable with the anchor is formed inside. The anchor is fastened in a state of fitting the upper side spherical surface part 10b1 formed in a lower part of a nut 10 with a cap for the anchor, to the lower side spherical surface part 9b arranged on the bearing plate 7 side, by using the nut 10 with a cap for the anchor for integrally forming a cap part 10a for covering an upper part of the anchor.
