PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ascending and descending shelf having an article placement member which can be pulled out to a lower part at the front, allowing a stored article to be easily taken out and effectively utilizing a space on the front side without greatly projecting the pulled-out member to the front. SOLUTION: This ascending and descending shelf is provided with: a fixed case body 1; a movable frame 3 attached to the fixed case body 1 so as to be swung and pulled out to the front through a parallel linking mechanism 2; and an article mounting member 5 attached to the movable frame 3 so as to be freely pulled out and housed in front and back horizontal directions H.
