The invention relates to a method for communicating in a radio communication system which comprises a plurality of radio stations (A, B, C) and in which messages (MESSAGE) are sent from one radio station (A, B, C) to another (A, B, C) either directly or via one or several radio stations (A, B, C) forwarding the messages (MESSAGE) by using radio resources. Said radio resources are allocated in a decentralized manner to radio stations (A, B, C) in order to send the messages (MESSAGE). According to the inventive method, at least one radio station (B) sends information (INFO) about the first radio resources used for sending at least one message (MESSAGE) to the at least one radio station (B), said information (INFO) about the first radio resources being sent by using second radio resources that are allocated to the at least one radio station (B). The invention further relates to a radio station (A, B, C) for carrying out said method.
