<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program by which a client for debt consultation can browse a calculation result, a solution, and past examples by a Web system, or can receive delivery by Internet mail, by inputting the details of the consultation using a selection method or values, and which can automatically perform the business so as to lighten work bearing of a side which offers the solution. <P>SOLUTION: By the Web system installed in a storage device of a computer, there are provided a means which uses the Internet to accept the details of consultation, a data recording means which records the pieces of accepted data, a means which analyzes the details of consultation and calculates, a means which reads a solution from recorded data, a means which reads a past example similar to the solution from the recorded data, a means which displays these solutions, and a means which automatically delivers these solutions by Internet mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
