<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath chair for enabling a third person to easily, safely and efficiently wash and skin-scrub the body of a sitting person regardless of the build and sitting direction of the sitting person. <P>SOLUTION: The bath chair of this invention comprises a seat part 1 and an upper body support part 2 provided above in one side direction of the seat part for supporting the upper body of the sitting person sitting either turning the back or the chest by being abutted to the back or the chest of the sitting person.
