<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement disposal device and a diaper, facilitating routing of a connecting tube, and capable of increasing the quantity of supply of drying air. <P>SOLUTION: Washing nozzles 130a and 130b and a drying nozzle 402 are connected to the connecting tube 132 extending from the excrement disposal device via a selector valve 403. The selector valve 403 comprises an elastic member 403c and a valve element 403d in a valve chamber 403b inside a valve housing 403a with an intake A connected to the connecting tube 132, an outlet B connected to the washing nozzles 130a and 130b, and an outlet C connected to the drying nozzle 402.
