<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a pellet regenerating apparatus converting a waste plastic material into regenerated pellets and having a cooling function which can prevent viscosity lowering associated with temperature elevation by the shearing heat of a molten resin generated during the kneading/melting of a resin material by a cylinder by using a cooing means and adjust/control temperature to obtain viscosity facilitating the induction of the molten resin to a cutter part and the disintegration of the molten resin. <P>SOLUTION: The pellet regenerating apparatus has a resin temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the resin material in the cylinder, the cooling means for cooling the outer wall of the cylinder, and a control means for actuating the cooling means when the temperature elevation by the shearing heat generated during the plastication of the resin material is detected by the detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
