PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep operation in opening/closing a throttle valve stably, by preventing unstable sliding of a coil spring with respect to a cylinder part of a throttle gear. SOLUTION: A throttle control device of the invention is installed approximately coaxially with circumference of the cylinder part 11t of the throttle gear 11, one end thereof is engaged with a throttle body 1, the other end thereof is constituted to be rotatable with the throttle gear 11. A ring-like member 50 is installed between the cylinder part 11t of the throttle gear 11 and the coil spring 40 to keep a non-contact state of the cylinder part 11t of the throttle gear 11 and an inner peripheral surface of the coil spring 40, and is in face-contact with and rotatable relatively to an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder part 11t of the throttle gear 11.
