PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a skin cosmetic that continuously supplies carbon dioxide to skin and provides a sufficient promotion effect on the blood circulation. SOLUTION: This skin cosmetic for supplying carbon dioxide comprises (A) a nonaqueous liquid composition containing a carbonate or a hydrogencarbonate and (B) an acidic nonaqueous liquid composition.
