PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic agent for type-IIb and type-IV hyperlipemia, having excellent reducing effects on cholesterol and triglyceride in the blood. SOLUTION: This therapeutic agent for the hyperlipemia contains a pitavastatin, and a dextran sulfate or a salt thereof as active ingredients.
