PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen-absorptive multi-layer film in which degradation of adhesion to the adjacent layer or of heat-sealing ability of an oxygen-permeable resin layer by forming on the surface layer a rough surface of a deoxygenizing fine particles in the oxygen-absorbtive resin layer can be prevented or projection of the deoxygenizing fine particles from the oxygen-permeable resin layer can be prevented. SOLUTION: The first production method: a cushioning resin layer is laminated by extrusion to an oxygen-blocking outer layer film to be introduced, then an oxygen-absorptive resin layer is laminated by extrusion between the cushioning resin layer and the oxygen-permeable resin layer. The second production method: a cushioning resin layer and an oxygen-absorptive resin layer are laminated by co-extrusion between the oxygen-blocking outer layer film and the oxygen-permeable resin film, the both being introduced together.
