PRODUCTION METHOD FOR DEXTRIN HARD TO DIGEST, USING STEAM BLASTING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a useful material from agricultural production wastes using a steam blasting technique. SOLUTION: A steam blasting reactor 1 is equipped with a digester 2 steam-treating agricultural production wastes, a ball valve 4 and a sample receiver 3 receiving the sample after steam-treated. As a result that potatoes are treated by this reactor 1, a dextrin hard to digest can be obtained in a high yield at about 150-about 230°C and for a reaction time of about 0-about 20 minutes.
