PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional garbage disposers, most of which accelerate the propagation of microorganisms by agitating microorganisms in inside of fixed containers with rotating blades in conventional types of garbage disposers decomposing garbage by propagating microorganisms, generate malodor by propagation of anaerobic microorganisms in unmixed places formed due to the structures of conventional garbage disposers, use electric heaters for accelerating propagation of microorganisms or have blades rotated by electric motors, cannot be installed apart from an electric source or in an area exposed to rain, and cannot charge weeds which are likely to get entangled. SOLUTION: A garbage container 7 is directly hung from pulleys 5 and 5' with belts 6 and 6' and manually rotated with one end of a shaft 4 passing through the center of the pulleys 5 and 5' used as a crank part 13, the garbage container 7 is rotated and the garbage 14 is completely agitated.
