PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood crusher in which the rotational inertia of a rotary crushing body is made small and the time to be taken to restore the lowered number of revolution of the rotary crushing body is shortened and which has excellent operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The rotary crushing body (20) is provided with a rotary drum (21). A plurality of seat parts (22) having female screws (22a, 22b) are arranged in the outer peripheral part of the rotary drum (21). The rotary drum (21) has a drum (23) and two shafts (25, 25). The shafts (25, 25) are respectively supported by cases (11) arranged outside the rotary drum (21) in the shaft direction while interposing bearings (19, 19). Both ends of the drum (23) are respectively attached freely detachably to the shafts (25, 25). Between each of the shafts (25, 25) and the drum (23) an engaging part (26) is arranged for almost fitting axial centers to each other and a knock pin (27) is arranged for preventing the axial centers from deviating from each other.
