DATA DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, SERVER SYSTEM, RECEIVING TERMINAL, DATA DISTRIBUTION METHOD USED FOR SAME AND ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system capable of executing real-time distribution of data such as pictures between terminals without the aid of an image distribution server or the like. SOLUTION: The server 1 authenticates a user of a receiving terminal 3 by means of a received contract ID and a password, and when they are matched, the registered receiving terminal 3 and a telephone number of the data distribution system 4 are retrieved. The server 1 transmits a short message including requirements for opening distribution based on the retrieved telephone number to the data distribution system 4 via a telephone network 200. The data distribution system 4 analyzes the short message, and is connected with the server 1 via a mobile packet network 100 and a GGSN2 after obtaining a global IP address of the server 1. The GGSN2 recognizes data distribution by means of a UDP so that the receiving terminal 3 transmits signals giving notice of a UDP port used for the data distribution to the server 1, and data distribution from the data distribution system 4 is realized by the UDP.
