PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document conveyance device capable of reading both sides of document by getting the document through a reading part only twice, simplifying a structure by shortening conveyance route of both-sided document, easy to use and capable of delivering the both-sided document with piling in order of reading pages. SOLUTION: In this document conveyance device, a document delivery tray is provided on a document supply tray, a return conveyance passage for switch back transporting the document to the reading part from the document delivery tray is provided, and the document delivery tray is swingably attached and is constructed to energize the document delivery tray in a direction of separating from the document supply tray.
