A bolt (4) is guided through the central bore (7) in a bearing element (1) and permanently joined to the bearing (1). A hollow shaft (2) can be rotated around the bolt (4). A collar bushing (3) is positioned between the area of the shaft adjacent to the head (6) of the bolt (4) and the inner surface of the hollow shaft (2). The cylindrical part (8) as well as the collar (14) of the bushing (3) are provided with alternating indents (11) and elevations (10), slightly deforming when the parts (1, 2, 3) are joined with an appropriate tool and facilitating a tolerance free and smooth action.
