The tool has a flexible insertion tube (20) inserted in the pipe line (90), a wire (30), made of a flexible wire material, inserted in the insertion tube (20), and a rotation device (40) for rotating the wire (30) in the insertion tube (20). The tool (10) further has a flexible guide tube (25) that is inserted in the pipe line (90) and into which the insertion tube (20) is movably inserted.</p>
