PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cancericidal cellular agent capable of specifically and effectively killing cancer cells, and a composition useful for preventing and treating cancer disease.

SOLUTION: The specific cancericidal cellular agent contains a highly-unsaturated fatty acid which has two or more conjugated double bond structures given by cell body culture, or its derivative, as an active ingredient. Further, the pharmaceutical composition or the food composition is obtained by mixing the cancericidal cellular agent thereinto, respectively.
