PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organophotoreceptor which prevents deterioration of contrast and magnitude of latent image formation of a dot image even if the thickness of the organophotoreceptor decreases after long-time use, and can form a high gradation and high definition electrophotographic image, and to provide a process cartridge using the organophotoreceptor, an image forming apparatus and an image forming method. SOLUTION: At the point of time when a first charge transport layer of the organophotoreceptor is formed, current values of transient photocurrent (TOF) under a field intensity of 10 V/μm are hourly measured and integrated values of the measured current values are plotted to draw a curve, wherein the crossed axes angleαbetween two tangents which touch the curve is >60°. At the point of time when the whole lamination of the organophotoreceptor is completed, current values of the above transient photocurrent (TOF) are hourly measured and integrated values of the measured current values are plotted to draw a curve, wherein the crossed axes angleαbetween two tangents which touch the curve is 15-60°.
