PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method of vibration-isolating rubber for a rolling stock in which a fitting recessed portion is easily restored to the inside diameter dimension with the set tolerance even after the secular use, an outermost cylindrical ring can be recycled, the environmental problem is minimized, and the total running cost is reduced. SOLUTION: After the secular use of a vibration-isolating rubber 10 for a rolling stock, a part of an outer circumferential wall part 4 to form a fitting recessed part 3 of an outermost cylindrical ring 1A is cut and removed, a separately prepared metal ring 5 is fitted in the cut-and-removed portion so as to have the inside diameter dimension D2 identical to the inside diameter dimension D1 with the set tolerance of the fitting recessed part 3, and the ring 5 is fixed to the outermost cylindrical ring 1A to recycle the outermost cylindrical ring 1A.
