<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer container, which maintains the properties of a conventional mutilayer container, such as a gas barrier property, and has a superior impact-separation resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer container is formed by a coinjection draw/blow molding process, and consists of a thermoplastic polyester (A) layer and a gas barrier resin (B) layer that shows an oxygen permeation rate of 500 ml 20μm/m<SP>2</SP>day atm (20°C, 65% RH) or lower.
