PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably workable scaffold by eliminating defects such as getting tired by many works for lifting up hands even in any scaffold, and requiring much labor for moving a work place, due to having fear of danger by an unstable scaffold, or requiring curing of an installing place for stabilizing a stepladder, for conventionally performing work by extending a scaffold plate by erecting the stepladder on an uneven unstable ground surface, when assembling reinforcements of an underground beam. SOLUTION: A pair of vertical rods 1 and 1 are suspended at an interval by an upper end side part main reinforcement 2 of the underground beam, by engaging a main reinforcement locking piece 4 arranged on the vertical rod upper end from above, and engaging a stirrup reinforcement locking piece 5 arranged on a vertical rod side surface with a stirrup 3 side surface of the underground beam, and are fixed to the respective reinforcements by bolts. The scaffold plate 7 is arranged in a scaffold receiving member 6 upper part attached to the vertical rods 1 in the opposite direction of the main reinforcement locking piece 4. An intermediate part of the vertical rods 1 and 1 and the respective main reinforcements 2 on both sides of an underground beam upper part in its symmetrical position, are supported by adjusting the height of a pair of main reinforcement support rods 8 and 8.
