PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intention communication display implement with improved communication speed for the use in emergency, allowing a user, even a disabled person with difficulty in using fingers, to use the implement and to customize a display part according to the situation or the writing ability of each user. SOLUTION: The intention communication display implement comprises an inner side character board 9, an outer side character board 8, and a rotation stopper for temporarily stopping the rotation of the inner side character board and the outer side character board so that characters displayed in the character boards are arranged almost in line when the character boards are rotated.
