PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for an automatic production of the telephone number information which produces a number table of a consecutive number that is composed of a toll number, a local office number and last two or more digits and defines the telephone number that actually exists as a valid telephone number. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a means 1 which produces the number table of the consecutive number that is composed of a toll number, a local office number and last two or more digits and registers it to a hard disk 7, and a means which reads out the number table from the hard disk 7 and registers a number that is determined to be valid, based on a connection signal obtained when dialed by an auto dial 8, as the valid telephone number that actually exists to the hard disk 7.
