PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of correcting image plane curvature for an image caused by incident light using a simple structure and preventing an optical function element from peeling off easily due to the effect of temperature etc. SOLUTION: An optical function junction 6 jointed with an optical function element 5 and a electric power distributing means 3 is fixed to a translucent plate 2 using first fixing material 7 of hardening ability, by facing an optical function surface 5a of the optical function element 5 to the translucent plate 2. A linear expansion coefficient of the translucent plate 2 is substantially equal to the one of the optical function element 5. The optical function element 5 curves in the longitudinal direction and is fixed to the translucent plate 2 so that image plane curvature for an image L1 of an object incident through the translucent plate 2 and projected on the optical function surface 5a is corrected on the optical function surface 5a by curvature of the optical function surface 5a.
