PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment having a protector member on an outer wall part and capable of protecting equipment by absorbing shock from the outside by elastically deforming the outer wall part inward. SOLUTION: The first protector bodies 15A and 15B for covering one-side ends of an upside equipment body 4, a downside equipment body 5 and a backside cover 3 so as to protect a tape creating device 1, the second protector members 16A and 16B for covering the other ends positioned on the opposite side, and grip members 13A and 13B for protecting a side part are mounted between the device bodies 4 and 5 and the backside cover 3.
