PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for shortening positioning time by inhibiting vibration from a machine. SOLUTION: The method comprises: fetching a position signal from a sensor installed on a motor; comparing the final value of a position instruction signal with the position signal; and adding an impulse signal to the position instruction signal in the form of reverse polarity at a time when the position signal exceeds the position instruction signal.
