PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a picture data distributing device such as a conventional Web server is integrated with an exclusively developed program by using a server side application preparing means(Servlet, ASP, JSP, CGI or the like), the load increase and cost increase of the picture data distributing device is caused at the time of performing the file name change of a picture data file for the illegal access prevention of a picture or the display of automatic update data to the picture. SOLUTION: The file name change of a picture data file and the insertion of automatic update data are executed so that a hierarchical linked picture data file group can be re-generated based on a model picture data file set corresponding to the picture data file, and the picture data file group is file-transferred in a batch to a picture data distributing device.
