PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a character information presenting device that presents character information by using electric stimulation. SOLUTION: The character information presenting device 1 controls the timing and output time of output of currents from stimulation electrodes that a stimulation electrode part 15 has in the writing order of characters which are inputted from a character input part 11 and to be presented, according to character encoded data stored in a character encoding database 13.
