PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating system which performs air supply with ground heat, reduces the change in room temperature occurring at the time of ventilation and has conventional ventilating capability. SOLUTION: Air supply to each living room is carried out in such a manner that geothermal air 8 is taken out to a stairwell 3, stairs 4, a corridor 5 and an entrance 6 through a pipe 13 made of vinyl chloride installed in a building and air is taken in from the bottom of a door 9 or a floor in a living room 1 or a bedroom 2. Provided that, for sections with some odor or humidity, such as a kitchen, a toilet and a bath, ventilation is carried out with a ventilation fan being attached thereto in a conventional manner. Air discharge from the living room 1 or the bedroom 2 is carried out from an opening/closing louver 11 provided on a wall through an intra-wall ventilation layer 10 with the ventilation fan 12 installed in the garret.
