PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating circuit capable of improving the ice making capacity in summer when the ice making capacity is particularly needed. SOLUTION: A compressor 1, an air-cooling condenser 2, a water-cooling condenser 3, a receiver tank (liquid receiver) 4, an expansion valve 5 and an evaporator 6 are successively connected, and a refrigerant is circulated in the direction of an arrow in a drawing. The water-cooling condenser 3 is provided with a water supply pipe 9 connected to a water supply valve 8 and a refrigerant liquid pipe 10 connected to the air-cooling condenser 2. The refrigerant liquid pipe 11 connecting the receiver tank 4 and the expansion valve 5 is provided with a water-refrigerant heat exchanging part 12 performing the heat exchanging with the water supply pipe 9, and the refrigerant in the refrigerant liquid pipe 11 exchanges the heat with the water in the water supply pipe 9 to be cooled.
