PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure steam generator for heating various drugs and medicines, and foods by low-temperature pure steam of which a temperature is changed without time lag. SOLUTION: A heat exchanging tank 12 and a pure steam-based device 2 are connected by a pure steam supply pipe 13. A vacuum pump 3 is connected with a lower part of the steam-based device 2. The vacuum pump 3 is composed of an ejector 21, a plurality of water circulation tanks 8, 9 and a circulating pump 23. The heat exchanging tank 12 is connected with the circulating water tanks 8, 9 of the vacuum pump 3 through a coil-shaped pure water supply pipe 4 formed by extending a pure water pipe 10. The pure water heated by the circulating water tanks 8, 9 is supplied to the heat exchanging tank 12 to prepare the pure steam, and a heated object is heated by the steam-based device 2. The condensed water produced by the heating is sucked by the ejector 21. By storing the circulating water of various temperatures in the plurality of circulating water tanks 8, 9, the temperature of the pure steam can be instantaneously switched.
