PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach and detach a pump from a gate door body, without generating a backflow, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This pump gate 17 has the pump 28, and a water cut-off member 55. The pump 28 has a pump casing 34 for connecting a suction port 45 and a delivery port 47 on the inside of the gate door body 22, and an impeller 39 arranged in this pump casing 34, and is detachably arranged inside the gate door body 22. The water cut-off member 55 is arranged in the gate door body 22 instead of the pump casing 34 when taking out the pump 28 from the gate door body 22, and prevents the backflow from the suction port 45.
