PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable cutter, allowing a user to perform simple and stable operation in cutting the vegetable on a dish, and cutting, chipping and grating at a fixed place. SOLUTION: In this vegetable cutter, leg parts are formed on the lower side of the front or/and rear end parts of a pedestal part formed of a plate-like member, the surface of which is provided with a blade or a blade and a through hole formed on the lower side, and a holding part formed of a plate-like or bar-like member expanded outward is formed on the rear end part. In one of the leg parts formed on the lower side of the front or/and rear end parts of the pedestal part, the dimension from the top face of the pedestal part to the tip is formed longer by at least 2 cm or more in the direction orthogonal to the top face than the lower surface of the pedestal part or the member or the leg parts formed on the lower surface outside the front end part at the front end part and outside the rear end part at the rear end part.
