PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting machine capable of improving sorting efficiency by efficiently sorting articles to be sorted according to the size such as dried anchovy and shrimp in considering shapes of objects to be sorted, a sorting board for the sorting machine, and a supply unit for the sorting machine. SOLUTION: The sorting machine includes a case having an oscillation means, and the supply unit arranged at one end of the case, and drops the charged sorting articles on the sorting board. In this case, at least two or more sorting boards are arranged so as to be vertically laminated at a space. On the each sorting board, a plurality of sorting holes whose opening areas are reduced as going downward in the sorting board stepwisely or continuously are bored.
