PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extracting apparatus of juice and an edible portion of processed vegetables which pulverizes a soft food efficiently. SOLUTION: An extracting apparatus of juice and flesh of processed vegetables consists of a drive (10), a receptacle (20), a cylindrical strainer (30) equipped with an X-X' axis of symmetry which has a radial wall (31) which is arranged to be open in the receptacle (20), a hole (40) which introduces processed vegetables in the strainer (30), and a means which pulverizes a material introduced in the strainer (30). The strainer (30) carries out rotational drive on the X-X' axis by the drive unit (10) so that a pulverized material is pushed against the radial wall (31). A vane (61) which extends in the strainer (30) is provided near the perforated radial wall (31) of the strainer (30). The food is pulverized while extracting the juice and edible portion.
