PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof and sound-proof adjuster for absorbing oscillation noise by an earthquake or the like and improving the stability of installed furniture. SOLUTION: This vibration-proof and sound-proof adjuster is the combination of a main body 1 composed by embedding the annular projection part 2c of a special bolt 2 having the projection part on the boundary of a screw part 2a and a non-screw part 2b by insertion molding and being molded in a semi-hollow cylindrical shape and a base part 3 composed by molding hard plastic in an annular shape, ring-like rubber 4 molded in the annular shape and a washer 5 are interposed therebetween, and both are engaged by passing the non-screw part 2b of the special bolt 2 through a circular hole 3a provided on the center of the base part 3 and caulking the end part. Also, in the vibration-proof and sound-proof adjuster, grounding rubber 6 is provided on the lower part of the base part 3 as well and the stability is improved further. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
