PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mower capable of mowing sideward by constructed to be able to rotate its handlebar right and left, which mower settled the problems that, in mowing grass on a levee, when levee inclination is long, the operator performs his work with his hand extending from the upper side of the levee in mowing the lower side of the levee, so the operator bends his waist and extends his arms and is charged much, mowing remains happens much after mowing and workability is poor. SOLUTION: The mower has an engine 4 and driving wheels 3, 3 at the rear part of a body frame 1, a stabilizer wheel 2 at the front part of the body frame 1, and a reaping part 9 between the driving frames 3, 3 and the stabilizer wheel 2, wherein a handlebar slide box 5 composing rotation fulcrum of horizontal rotation of the handlebar is set on the body frame 1 and at the front ward of the center of the reaping part 9, which handlebar slide box 5 is longitudinally slid on the body frame 1.
