<p>A pre-treatment device for arranging profile members, characterized by comprising a transfer surface (2) along which a transfer subject (M) is transferred, a pair of right and left sprockets (3, 4) disposed for rotation below the opposite ends of the transfer surface, a pair of right and left chains (5) entrained around the sprockets to move along the transfer surface in a position below the transfer surface, a holder (9) for holding one or a plurality of magnets (91) attached to the right and left chains at predetermined intervals lengthwise of the chains, the transfer surface having a horizontal surface (21) formed in a range of predetermined length extending from one end, and a curved surface (22) arcuately formed such that the height gradually increases from the terminal end of the horizontal surface, the transfer surface having one or a plurality of joints (10) disposed parallel to the width of the transfer surface and over the entire width of the transfer surface, the joints being spaced a predetermined distance (d) from the transfer surface, the disposition of the magnets disposed on the holder being different from that of the magnets disposed in the holders located on opposite sides of the first-mentioned holder.</p> |
