The device has a cylindrical housing consisting of a light source in its interior, a number of reflectors fixed around the light source, a transparent flat board in the forward area, an enclosed sealing collar connecting an inner part of the board and the reflector and a threaded nut for a fixed and simultaneously loose position in the front part of the housing.
